A leading healthcare provider is seeking an MRI Technologist in Covington, Louisiana. The ideal candidate will perform various MRI procedures and ensure patient safety and care, while maintaining professional relationships with healthcare teams. Strong communication and technical skills along with adherence to safety protocols are essential.
Summary
Performs MRIprocedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technicaldetail. Operates equipment safely while performing all types of procedures.Ensures magnetic safety at all times. Establishes and maintains a good rapportand professional relationship with fellow employees, other departments, andmedical staff. Performs other duties as assigned.

(CR.1c) As part of the AdvancedOrthopedic and Spine Certification, at a minimum, the Program direct-carestaff, must have one (1) hour of education specific to the Program scope,initially, and at least annually thereafter.
(CR.1e) As part of the AdvancedOrthopedic and Spine Certification, staff possess adaptability to processes asrelated to up to date best practices, collaboration between departments,compliance with protocols/processes, communication, cooperation and exceptionalcustomer service.
