Job summary

Memorial Hospital Belleville and Memorial Hospital Shiloh are seeking an Advanced Modality Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging with MRI capability. The position is part-time (24 hours/week) with coverage at the Belleville site and potential MRI coverage at the main hospital.

Weekend shift options include 6am-6:30pm with a 50% premium pay on weekend hours. Responsibilities include patient preparation, equipment setup, and independent study performance, including on-call and portable exams.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography - R.T.(R) and/or MR.
• Associate's Degree or Trade School equivalency (or higher level of education)
• 2 years MRI Technologist experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepares patient and equipment for procedures.
• Performs studies independently, in on-call situations, portable exams, and other site as required by work area.
