The University of Kansas Health System is seeking a Weekend MRI Technologist at Olathe Hospital to perform quality MR imaging while ensuring patient safety and comfort. The role requires participation in ongoing training on positioning, technique, and safety guidelines, with a minimum 12-month commitment and orientation completion.
Night shifts are scheduled 7:00 pm to 7:30 am on Friday through Sunday. The position supports the radiology department and may involve work across multiple locations,
Position Summary / Career Interest: The Weekend MRI technologist is responsible for producing quality MR images while providing optimal patient care and applying all principles of patient safety. MRI technologists are expected to participate in on‑going training and education relating to positioning, technique and MRI safety guidelines. MR procedures are performed at multiple locations across the health system; this person shall maintain a patient-centered focus and strive to support the mission, goals and values of University of Kansas Health System and radiology department. This role requires a minimum of a 12 month commitment and requires completion of an orientation training program. Note: Schedule is Nights 7pm-7:30am Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
