Job summary

UCHealth is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to perform magnetic resonance imaging at the Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, CO. The successful candidate will work full-time weekend nights and will be responsible for preparing and performing MRI procedures while ensuring patient understanding and cooperation. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Registered as a Technologist (RT) and registered in MRI or eligible to complete registry within 12 months.
• BLS or CPR certification must be current before start date.

Responsibilities

• Perform magnetic resonance imaging in accordance with applicable standards.
• Educate patients about procedures and ensure their understanding.
• Prepare and administer contrast media as required.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions as necessary.
