Job summary

Concord Hospital seeks an MRI Technologist to perform imaging procedures under the supervision of the MRI Technologist, Director of Radiology, and leadership to support high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

Required: graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program, ARRT/ARMRIT registration, BLS certification, NH licensure, and 1 year radiologic experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Registration required: ARRT or ARMRIT.
• Certification required: BLS certification by AHA.
• Licensure required: NH Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Performs MRI diagnostic or therapeutic procedures in accordance with scope of practice and departmental standards.
• Assesses information, prepares and educates patient for procedures and expectations.
• Completes documentation of patient care and procedure.
• Utilizes hospital and departmental information systems and equipment operations.
• Maintains productivity, adaptability, and timeliness to meet patient care needs.
• Adheres to department policies, safety protocols, and professional standards.
• Participates in departmental meetings and committees and continuous improvement initiatives.
