Job summary

Qualifications

• Medical Imaging certificate/diploma or Associate’s Degree in Medical Imaging required or preferred
• ARRT MR certificate or ARMRIT license required at hiring
• NH Medical Imaging License required
• BLS required
• 1–2 years MRI technologist experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scans for ambulatory, inpatient, and emergency department patients with appropriate parameter adjustments
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to Joint Commission guidelines
• Administer IV contrast agents and monitor for adverse reactions; document injections in EMR
• Conduct routine QA on MRI scanners and related equipment; report issues to supervisor
• Assist department staff with scheduling, transport, and inventory as needed
