Rockford Health Physicians is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to perform advanced MRI procedures, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and high-quality diagnostic imaging. You will operate MRI systems, administer contrast, and collaborate with radiologists to support accurate diagnoses.

The role requires MRI safety mastery, patient instruction, and proficiency with interventional support. Eligible for a sign-on bonus, day-shift hours, and opportunities to mentor students and staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiography program or MRI training program.
• 1–3 years experience preferred; new graduates considered.
• ARRT MR required or ARRT (R) with MR credential plan within 2 years; ARMRIT credential required if MR not held.

Responsabilités

• Operate MRI scanner and related equipment to produce diagnostic images.
• Maintain MRI safety practices and patient comfort throughout procedures.
• Assist physicians with interventional procedures and image interpretation.
• Document procedures in EMR and manage data sharing (PACS) as required.
