Job summary

Medical City Alliance in Fort Worth, TX, seeks an MRI Technologist for a PRN Seasonal role from Sept 20, 2026, to Apr 3, 2027. The position requires on-call status with a 30-minute response and the ability to float to nearby facilities as needed.

You will operate MRI equipment, position patients, document studies, follow safety protocols, mentor new staff, and ensure high-quality diagnostic images under Radiologist supervision.

Qualifications

• Technical or vocational training completed.
• MRI-related certifications (ARRT MR, MRT or ARDMS) and BLS required or obtained from approved vendor.
• MRI certification expected within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs MRI technologist duties and responds to on-call status within 30 minutes.
• Operates MRI equipment, positions patients, and documents each study.
• Maintains safety protocols and aseptic practices for patients and staff.
• Mentors new staff and assists with patient transport as needed.

Education

Technical or vocational training

ARRT (MR), MRT or ARDMS, and BLS obtained from HCA approved vendor

MRI certification within 6 months if hire date
