As the MRI Technologist, you will perform basic and complex MR imaging procedures as well as post-processing responsibilities. This requires an in-depth understanding of human cross-sectional anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, and medical terminology. You will support all imaging centers staffed by our organization and maintain a high degree of accuracy in patient positioning and image acquisition. You will also need to apply your knowledge of magnetic field safety and properly screen all patients and visitors prior to admittance into the MR magnet room. Your responsibilities include:

• Ensuring accurate processing of radiology orders
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of procedures performed
• Operating a variety of post-processing and 3D workstations
• Performing accurate image archival
• Preparing and administering paramagnetic contrast media
• Sensitively handling the physical and emotional needs of patients

Salary Range: $49.73 - $65.56 Hourly
