Job summary

Prenuvo is seeking an MRI Technologist for our Chicago clinic. You will operate the MRI scanner, ensure patient safety, prepare the scan room, and maintain high-quality Prenuvo scans. The role involves using PACS, post-processing, and training others in imaging best practices.

Ideal candidates have ARMRIT/ARRT MR credentials, 2+ years MRI experience, and strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed in MRI with ARMRIT or ARRT MR (or equivalent) credentialing.
• Completion of an accredited MRI or radiologic technology program.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical MRI work experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI scanner ensuring patient safety and high-quality scans.
• Prepare scan room, order supplies, clean equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and report to appropriate dept.
• Use PACS and other software systems for image handling.
• Post-process images and transfer to PACS with complete workflow.
• Train new technologists on safety, room prep, communication and imaging.
