Job Summary and Qualifications

As an MRI Technologist, you will assist physicians in performing MRI procedures. We value teamwork and dedication to patient care. If you are passionate about patient interactions, apply now!

What You Will Do:
  • Review and complete paperwork for each patient, including exams, scheduling, orders, logs, records, consents, and charges.
  • Transport patients to and from rooms and ER.
  • Monitor MRI equipment for safety and functionality.
  • Explain procedures to patients to reduce anxiety and ensure cooperation.
  • Position patients and adjust immobilization devices for optimal imaging views.
  • Collaborate with the Diagnostic Imaging team to meet departmental needs.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate from an accredited Technologist program.
  • 3-5 years of MRI experience required.
  • Experience with women’s health and neonatal patients is preferred.
  • Experience with Philips MRI equipment is preferred.
  • American Heart Association or Red Cross BLS certification required.
