Job summary

Piedmont Columbus Midtown is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic MRI examinations under the direct guidance of the supervising Radiologist. You will provide patient care across neonatal to geriatric populations and maintain standards for quality imaging.

Minimum education includes AMA approved Radiologic Technology program with ARRT registration and BLS certification. PRN shifts available within a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program.
• 6 months MRI experience preferred.
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology in Radiography (R).

Responsibilities

• Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examinations performed under the direct guidance of the supervising Radiologist.
• Provide patient care to all age groups from neonatal to geriatric.
• Adhere to prescribed standards while performing diagnostic MRI examinations.
