Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking an MRI Technologist to join the Imaging Services team. You will perform MRI/CT imaging for adult and pediatric patients, prepare patients and equipment, and work independently on on-call and portable exams.

The role emphasizes patient safety, precise image acquisition, and compassionate care in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or trade school equivalency.
• No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred.
• Licenses & certifications such as RTR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES; IEMA license for Illinois (excluding MRI).
• CPR and intravenous therapy certifications preferred.

Job description

MRI Technologist

working in the Imaging Services department, primarily performing diagnostic imaging procedures on adult and pediatric patients. The role involves preparing patients and equipment, conducting studies independently, on-call, portable exams, and other site-specific tasks. It offers a PRN schedule and is non-benefits eligible.
