As an MRI Technologist, you will perform routine MRI exams and procedures on patients of all ages and backgrounds, ensuring they feel comfortable, safe, and informed. This role offers opportunities to enhance your skills using the latest technologies and make a positive impact on patients daily.

A caregiver in this position works 7:00am—7:30pm.

A successful candidate will:

• Prepare and validate patient screening safety forms.
• Educate patients about MRI procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Maintain equipment and report malfunctions immediately.
• Collaborate with department leadership to meet goals.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and economical operation.
• Coordinate scheduling, networking, and patient information.
• Ensure electronic data is properly sent and equipment is properly oriented.
• Provide imaging studies promptly.
• Perform routine, emergent, invasive, and special procedures.
• Maintain supplies necessary for daily operations.
• Orient and assist new personnel.
• Support colleagues as needed.

Minimum qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program or equivalent.
• ARRT Registration.
• BLS Certification (AHA).
• ARRT MRI Technologist certification within one year of hire.
• Knowledge of Federal and State regulations.

Preferred qualifications:

• Two years of experience as an Imaging Technologist in an acute care setting.
