Job Summary and Qualifications
As an MRI Technologist, you will perform MRI scans and radiographs per standards set by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, assisting in diagnosis or treatment. You will demonstrate cross-sectional images for interpretation, provide patient care, and recognize patient conditions for successful procedures.
Job Requirements
Experience
Preferred: 1-2 years as an MRI Technologist.
Education
Graduate from an accredited radiology or MRI program, or equivalent military training.
Licenses and Certifications
Current BLS certification.
ARRT (MR) certification within 6 months of hire or ARMRIT certification.
Preferred: MRT certification with Texas Medical Board.
