Mercy Health is seeking a full-time MRI Technologist to operate the MRI system, follow protocol, and support patient care. The role includes patient positioning, image acquisition, contrast administration, and contributing to training for students and new staff.

Qualifications

• 1 year MRI department experience (preferred).
• Ability to educate students and onboard new staff.
• Knowledge of MRI safety and patient care standards.

Responsibilities

• Operates MRI system and coils to obtain diagnostic images.
• Ensures patient safety, position accuracy, and protocol compliance.
• Performs IV injections and administers contrast as required.
• Trains and orients MRI students and new staff.
• Participates in quality improvement and audits.
