Job summary

Origin Travel Nurses is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform MRI imaging for inpatients and outpatients under the direction of a Radiologist. The role requires MR registry with ARRT and a state radiography license, with preferred graduates from AMA-accredited programs.

Technologists will adjust parameters to image soft tissue and neurological regions, following protocol and safety guidelines, ensuring timely and accurate studies for hospital and clinic settings.

Qualifications

• Preferred graduate of an AMA-accredited school.
• Registered MR with ARRT MR registry.
• Maintains State License as a general radiographer.
• Provides timely imaging services under the direction of a Radiologist.

Responsibilities

• Provide MRI imaging for inpatients and outpatients under Radiologist supervision.
• Adjust imaging parameters to study brain, spine, joints and extremities, with/without contrast.
• Follow department protocols and guidelines for image acquisition.
• Maintain documentation and ensure patient safety and comfort.
