Responsibilities

• Reviews and evaluates developed images to determine diagnostic suitability.
• Positions imaging equipment and adjusts exposure settings per examination specifications.
• Explains procedures and monitors patients to ensure safety and comfort during scans.
• Inputs and documents scan sequences and image data in the computer system.
• Operates or supervises MRI equipment to produce diagnostic images of the body.
• Positions and immobilizes patients on the examination table.
