Shields Health Care Group is seeking a per diem MRI Technologist to join our diagnostic imaging team in Massachusetts. The role emphasizes patient safety, clear communication, and high-quality imaging in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• MRI scanning experience is required.
• MRI/ARRT/CPR certifications required; ARMRIT accepted at some locations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to assist patients.

Responsibilities

• Follow policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure patient safety.
• Inform patients about their exam and obtain compliance.
• Position patients comfortably and monitor during the exam.
• Administer intravenous contrast when indicated.
• Record data and provide films/CDs to radiologists as needed.
• Support clerical staff and prepare equipment and rooms.
