Job summary

PeaceHealth Longview Radiology in Kelso, WA seeks an MRI Technologist for per diem days to perform routine and specialized MRI procedures in an outpatient setting. You will join a collaborative team and help maintain safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates are graduates of an accredited Radiologic Technology program with ARRT MRI certification, BLS, and licensure. Cross-training in X-ray/CT is a plus for broader coverage.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program and eligible for state licensure.
• ARRT certification required (MRI preferred) or ARRT Radiography/CT acceptable.
• BLS certification at hire.
• Licensed to practice in the state; cross-coverage for X-ray/CT desirable.
• Ability to perform routine and specialized MRI examinations.

As an MRI Technologist, you'll be at the heart of our outpatient imaging center, performing routine and specialized MRI procedures. We're looking for someone who can seamlessly blend medical knowledge with technical skill and a compassionate patient approach. What you’ll bring

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program, or equivalent education and/or experience as required for obtaining certification/license/registration as required by State for clinical practice
• One of the following is required at hire: ARRT - Radiography, ARRT - Magnetic Resonance Imaging, ARRT - Sonography, Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist, OR American Registry of MRI Technologists Certification.
• Required within 1.5 years: ARRT - Magnetic Resonance Imaging.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification at hire.
• Current Licensure/Certification/Registration to practice in your trained modality as required by the State.
• The ideal candidate will also be credentialed and licensed to also help cover X-ray and/or CT when needed to help maintain coverage and continuity of care across modalities.
