St. Luke's University Health Network seeks an MRI Technologist to perform MRI examinations, ensuring high-quality patient care and technical accuracy. The MRI Technologist performs MRI examinations on patients based on department procedures and under the direction of the department Section Chief and Manager. The position requires a significant degree of judgment in performing duties.
Frequent use of fingers and hands, sitting for up to 5 hours, standing and walking for up to 3 hours, pushing, pulling, and lifting patients up to 400 pounds with assistance, occasional stooping and lifting, and vision and hearing capabilities. Must not have metal implants or pacemakers contraindicating MRI work.
Graduate from an ARRT recognized program, ARRT registered, or ARRT registry eligible. Advanced MRI registry required within 1 year of hire.
Preferably 2 years as a staff technologist, with at least 1 year as an MRI technologist. Computer usage experience required. Current CPR certification is mandatory.
