Job summary

Beloit Health System, Inc. is seeking a Per Diem MRI Technologist to join the MRI team. The role covers 1st and 2nd shifts with schedules from 6:30 am to 9:00 pm (8-hour shifts). Hours per week vary by per diem needs, and benefits are not eligible.

Responsibilities include performing diagnostic radiographic services, operating MRI and other imaging equipment, ensuring image quality, documenting exams, and upholding patient care standards under supervision of the Director of Medical Imaging.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA-accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT registration in Radiology.
• MRI certification within 18 months of hire or transfer.
• CPR certification within 90 days.
• Self-motivated, flexible and able to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic radiographic services.
• Operates imaging equipment and related devices as appropriate.
• Applies radiographic technical factors and ensures image quality.
• Maintains patient safety and confidentiality throughout procedures.
• Performs clerical and scheduling duties as needed.
