Summit Orthopedics is seeking an MRI Technologist for our Lakeville Campus. This full-time temporary role requires flexibility to float to other campuses. Schedule includes varied shifts across three weeks with multiple days and times.

You will review screening forms, position patients, perform MRIs, and ensure image quality while maintaining safety and documentation. Summit offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Associates or higher in Radiologic Technology or related field.
• ARRT license required.
• 3–5 years MRI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review MRI screening form to ensure MRI safety of patient and prepare them for exam.
• Position patients and perform MRI exam as requested by physicians.
• Perform MRI following established procedures and protocols for patient care, safety, and quality.
• Review images to ensure image quality and communicate with CDI for accurate dictations.
• Document and charge MRI exams appropriately.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure MRI equipment meets standards.
• Clean and maintain MRI equipment and work area to ensure infection control.
• Facilitate communication with coworkers and throughout the organization.
• Maintain supplies and orders as necessary.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.
