Job summary

MRI-Techs in Jackson, MS is seeking an MRI Technologist PRN to operate and maintain an MRI scanner, obtaining diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Qualified candidates will hold an MS Radiologic Technologist license, ARRT MRI certification, and BLS; MRI ARRT registration within 24 months is required after hire. Part-time, on-site position with duties including image development and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintains supplies and a clean work area; reports equipment malfunctions to supervisor.
• Assumes responsibility for patient safety and comfort.
• Ensures compliance with safety practices and infection control.
