Job summary

Summit Orthopedics is seeking an MRI Technologist to join our patient-first team in Minnesota. The full-time role is based at our Vadnais Heights Campus with a Monday–Friday 11:30 AM–8:00 PM schedule and occasional Saturday coverage; flex to other campuses in Eagan, Lakeville, Plymouth, and Woodbury as needed.

You will review safety forms, position patients, perform MRIs, ensure image quality, and communicate with CDI for accurate dictations.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Radiologic Technology required.
• ARRT license required.
• 3-5 years MRI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review MRI screening forms to ensure patient safety prior to exam.
• Position patients and perform MRI as requested by physicians.
• Perform MRI following established procedures and protocols for patient care, safety and quality.
• Review images to ensure quality and coordinate with CDI for accurate dictations.
• Document and charge MRI exams appropriately.
• Perform QC checks to ensure MRI equipment meets standards.
• Maintain MRI equipment and work area to ensure infection control.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and across the organization.
