Job summary

Summit Orthopedics in Vadnais Heights, MN is seeking a full-time MRI Technologist to support high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include screening, positioning, performing MRI exams, and ensuring safety and image quality. Flexibility to float to Eagan, Lakeville, Plymouth, Woodbury as needed.

The role operates Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM–8:00 PM with Saturday coverage every 3rd weekend. Final base salary will reflect skills, education and internal equity as part of a comprehensive rewards

Qualifications

Associates of Radiologic Technology required.
ARRT license required.
3–5 years MRI experience preferred.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

Review MRI screening form to ensure patient safety.
Position patients and perform exams as requested by physicians.
Perform MRI following established procedures for patient care, safety, and quality.
Review images to ensure image quality and communicate with CDI for dictations.
Document and charge MRI exams.
Performs quality control checks to assure MRI equipment meets standards.
Maintain infection control and cleanliness of equipment and area.
Facilitate good communication with co-workers and throughout the organization.
Maintains supplies and orders as necessary.
Performs other duties, as assigned.
