Job summary

ARRT MR certification must be obtained within 2 years from date of hire; High School diploma or equivalent required; prior Radiology Technologist experience preferred. Part-time, 8 hours weekly with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of AMA radiologic tech program or MRI certificate program required.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI studies following radiologist-set protocols.
• Operate MRI scanner to produce high-quality images.
• Prepare scan room and equipment; position patient and coils as required.
• Maintain communication with patient during the procedure.
