WellSpan Health's General MRI department seeks a Part-time MRI Technologist to perform routine and advanced MR imaging procedures on Saturdays and Sundays, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., with on-call holiday rotations.

Under physician supervision, you will administer intravenous contrast, ensure patient safety, train new staff, and maintain documentation while meeting ARRT or ARMRIT certification requirements and an accredited radiologic technology program.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years relevant experience required.
• BLS certification required on hire; ARRT MRI or ARMRIT certification on hire.
• Accredited radiologic technology program with MRI training required.

Mansioni

• Performs MR imaging studies; obtains patient history and explains procedures.
• Administers IV contrast under physician supervision; monitors for reactions.
• Schedules cases in coordination with other exams.
• Positions and transfers patients and ensures comfort.
• Maintains MRI safety practices and proper documentation.
• Assists with training of new staff and contributes to quality processes.
