Job description

MRI Technologist – Part-Time

Location:Portland, Oregon

Position Details:

  • Schedule Options:
    • Part-Time: Mon-Tues 6:30p-7a & Wed-Fri 6:30p-7a, then 7 days off (Night)
    • Part-Time: Wed-Fri 6:30p-7a & Mon-Tues 6:30p-7a, then 7 days off (Night)
    • Part-Time: Sat-Sun 6:30p-7a (Night)

Role Overview:
The MRI Technologist performs Magnetic Resonance Imaging exams per physician orders, using advanced MRI equipment while considering each patient’s special needs. The role requires strong judgment in imaging factors, techniques, and patient care to produce optimal images.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education meeting certification, license, or registration requirements
  • Oregon MRI Technologist License (permanent or temporary) upon hire
  • BLS certification from American Heart Association upon hire
  • National Certification from ARRT or ARMRIT within 6 months of hire
  • New graduates must obtain a permanent license within 6 months

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $85,883 to $135,928 annually
