Job summary

OrthoAtlanta, LLC seeks an MRI Technologist (PRN) to deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging in a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic setting. You will work closely with radiologists and clinicians to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.

You will operate MRI equipment, position patients, obtain informed consent, and assist with quality assurance and accreditation efforts, including ARRT standards and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• ARRT registration with advanced MRI certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Strong understanding of MRI safety standards and imaging protocols.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI equipment to deliver diagnostic imaging in outpatient setting.
• Instruct patients on procedures, obtain informed consent, document patient history.
• Position patients and ensure high-quality images; verify accuracy before interpretation.
• Support safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements; participate in QA/ACR accreditation activities.
