Job summary

MedQuest Imaging in Durham, NC, seeks an MRI Technologist to deliver high-quality outpatient imaging. You will ensure patient safety and comfort while producing definitive MRI images that support clinical decisions and patient care. This role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and compassionate care in a patient-focused environment.

The ideal candidate is ARRT-certified, holds a radiography credential, and possesses Epic EMR proficiency, with state licensure as required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program.
• Certified and registered by ARRT RT(R).
• Applicable state license where required.
• Compassionate bedside manner and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Familiarity with Epic electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality MRI examinations combining technical skill with patient care.
• Prioritize patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction during imaging.
• Produce accurate images to support patient care and clinical decisions.
• Complete scans efficiently while upholding high quality standards.
