Job Summary

Under the general supervision of the Manager of MRI Services and following established policies and procedures, the MRI Technologist operates magnetic resonance imaging scanners to obtain diagnostic images. The role involves providing technical and ancillary support within the department, demonstrating clinical and academic competency, and performing a variety of studies including neurological, musculoskeletal, chest, abdominal, pelvic, vascular/arterial, breast, and research scans. The technologist must be able to work independently, rotate through different areas as needed, and hold appropriate certifications.

Requirements

• ARRT-MR certification
• Massachusetts state license
• At least 1 year of MRI experience
• COVID-19 vaccination
