Job summary

Wellington Regional Medical Center in Wellington, FL is seeking a professional MRI Technologist for a full-time position with a 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. schedule and rotating weekends or Friday–Sunday shifts.

The technologist works under radiologist supervision, performing MRI studies and related procedures to aid diagnosis for patients of all ages. Additionally, the role may require coverage in CT, on-call duties with 30-minute response, and cross-training to support departmental needs.

Qualifications

• Current State of Florida license.
• Current ARRT registry in Radiology and MRI.
• AHA Healthcare provider BLS.
• Proficiency with computers.
• English verbal and written fluency.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI testing for patients of all ages under supervision.
• Delivers diagnostic imaging procedures to aid diagnosis and planning.
• Assist in localization for biopsy, aspiration, or drainage as needed.
• Cross-train and float to other areas per facility needs and on-call coverage.
