Qualifications

• Must have AMA allied health credential or accredited ED program.
• Cross sectional anatomy coursework completed.
• ARRT MRI certification or ARMRIT eligibility.
• BLS/CPR certification within 30 days.
• NMMIRTP or provisional license by 6 weeks of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow patient safety-related policies, procedures and protocols.
• Operate imaging equipment and assist physician during MRI procedures.
• Position and immobilize patients; ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Observe patient responses and document them; report concerns promptly.
• Assist in reception, scheduling and film library as needed.
