Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to join a high-volume imaging department within a Level III Trauma Center in Concord, NC. This full-time night shift role offers 36 hours per week and opportunities to work with Siemens 3T and GE 1.5T MRI systems, ensuring patient safety and quality imaging.

The ideal candidate has ARRT MR and BLS certifications with at least 2 years of MRI experience. A sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 and relocation assistance up to $5,000 are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or Nuclear Medicine Technology program.
• ARRT (R)(MR) Certification Required.
• BLS Certification Required.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures in accordance with departmental protocols and quality standards.
• Verify imaging orders and review patient medical history prior to examinations.
• Prepare and position patients while ensuring comfort and safety throughout procedures.
• Administer IV contrast according to established protocols.
• Evaluate image quality and perform post-processing as needed.
• Assist physicians during invasive procedures and maintain sterile technique.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to medical emergencies.
• Maintain MRI safety standards for patients, staff, and visitors.
• Operate and maintain MRI equipment and related imaging systems.
• Document procedures and patient information accurately within the EMR.
