Job summary

Qualifications

• Current licensure as required by state board where services will be provided.
• ARRT MRI certification or ARMRIT MRI certification.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and explains exams to patients.
• Performs MRI exams across specialty areas.
• Maintains MRI safety and field integrity.
• Processes exams and makes images available on PACS.
• Ensures patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Assists physicians during specialty exams.
• Participates in ongoing education and competency validation.
