MRI Technologist (Multiple Openings) Full Time and Part Time, Benefit Eligible - Bronson Methodist Hospital *Up to $20,000 Sign on Bonus Available*

Join Bronson Healthcare as an MRI Technologist (Multiple Openings) Full Time and Part Time, Benefit Eligible at Bronson Methodist Hospital. We are currently hiring for multiple positions, offering sign-on bonuses up to $20,000.

Position Details
  • Locations at Bronson Methodist Hospital with multiple openings for full-time (80 hrs/pp) and part-time (48 hrs/pp) roles.
  • Travel to system locations may be required.
Benefits and Incentives

  • Sign-on bonus up to $20,000 for full-time roles (72 hrs/pp and above); up to $10,000 for other shifts. Up to $10,000 for part-time (48 hrs/pp) roles; up to $5,000 for other shifts.
Responsibilities
  • Operate MRI equipment for diagnostic purposes, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Display independent judgment, consider patient age and characteristics, and participate in departmental growth through policy development, QA, and education.
  • Provide quality MRI procedures for radiologist interpretation, maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safety protocols.
  • Assist in training new staff and students, and demonstrate excellent customer service.
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree from an accredited Radiological Technology program.
  • At least three months of clinical and on-the-job training.
  • Registry eligible or registered R.T. (MR) and/or ARMRIT certification; registration must be obtained within six months of hire.
  • BLS certification within six months of hire.
  • Proficiency with computer record-keeping programs and excellent human relations skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and demonstrate a positive attitude.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, lifting (up to 20 pounds), and assisting with patient movement.
  • Capability to handle mental and visual fatigue associated with detailed work and equipment operation.
Work Environment
  • Variable shifts; full-time (40 hours/week).
  • Location at BMH Bronson Methodist Hospital with potential travel to other system locations.
