Job summary

The Elliot is seeking a motivated MRI technologist to join our diagnostic imaging team in Manchester, NH. You will perform MRI procedures in line with ACR and ARRT standards and work closely with radiologists to produce high-quality images for interpretation.

Ideal candidates have ARRT radiology or MRI certification, state licensure, and BLS, with strong patient-care skills and knowledge of EPIC and PACS systems. This on-site role offers a supportive team and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• MRI technologist with registry eligibility or ARRT radiology/mri certification.
• State licensure and ARRT certification required.
• BLS required or able to obtain during employment.

Responsibilities

• Performs MRI procedures according to ACR and ARRT standards.
• Prepares patients, positions, coils and sequences per department protocol.
• Participates in quality control and QA using the APIE model.
• Maintains knowledge of MRI equipment, EPIC and PACS.
• Administers contrast media per policy as needed.

If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply! **About the Job:**The practice of magnetic resonance is performed by a segment of health care professionals responsible for the use of radiofrequencies (RFs) within a magnetic field on humans for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes. A magnetic resonance technologist performs magnetic resonance procedures and related techniques, producing images for the interpretation by, or by the request of, a licensed independent practitioner.
