Job description

Position: MRI Technologist (Full Time)

Responsibilities

• Performing high-quality MRI procedures.
• Promoting goodwill among co‑workers and other departments, and maintaining a positive, comforting demeanor with all patients.
• Maintaining compliance with mandatory education and health requirements.
• Taking every precaution to protect self, patient and others from potential harm related to the magnetic field.
• Identifying, preparing, administering, and documenting medications as prescribed by a licensed practitioner in accordance with state, and federal regulations or institutional policy.

Requirements

• Positions designated as requiring a Level II Background (detailed fingerprint‑based screening for positions of trust that checks state and national criminal history) will undergo screening as a condition of employment and continued employment.
