Performs clinical imaging procedures, including MRI, at a technical level not requiring constant supervision. Responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of the department by performing a broad range of duties. Receives and processes necessary patient information. Uses independent judgment and initiative to perform imaging exams according to policy, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and protection. Assists radiologists and attending physicians. Communicates effectively and appropriately. Works efficiently and productively. Maintains a clean and safe environment by demonstrating proper use and care of equipment. Reflects a caring attitude towards patients, visitors, and employees. Stays current with changes in the profession through continuing education programs.
License, registration, and/or certification: ARRT licensure or registry eligible. CPR certification.
