Job summary

Piedmont Columbus Midtown is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic MRI examinations under the supervision of a Radiologist, delivering patient care to neonatal through geriatric patients. The role requires ARDMS or ARRT radiography certification and BCLS, with experience welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities include imaging according to prescribed standards, and ensuring patient comfort and safety during scans in a fast-paced radiology department.

Qualifications

• AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program is required.
• No experience required; 6 months as an MRI Technologist preferred.
• Licenses: ARDMS or ARRT Radiography; BCLS required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic MRI examinations under the supervision of a Radiologist.
• Provide patient care across all age groups including neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.

Education
