St. Luke’s Hospital in Missouri seeks an MRI technologist to operate the MRI scanner for diagnostic imaging and to provide leadership and technical support to the MRI services team.

The role emphasizes professional standards and excellent customer service, with cross-training into MRI for those without MRI experience. Education and licensing requirements include graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI program, ARRT Radiology certification, and ARRT MR certification within 1

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI program.
Current certification in Radiology with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
If ARRT(R), certification in Magnetic Resonance Imaging ARRT(MR) is required to be completed within 1 year of hire.
Willing to cross train into MRI with no MRI experience.

Responsibilities

Operate MRI scanner to produce images of the patient's body for diagnostic purposes.
Provide leadership and technical support to MRI services, ensuring professional standards and excellent customer service.
Promote teamwork with all members of the healthcare team.
