Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking an MRI Technologist I to perform imaging procedures with clinical proficiency, ensuring patient safety and high-quality results. You will prepare, position, and explain MRI procedures to patients across ages, and follow radiologist protocols for neuro, body, and extremity scans.

You will administer IV contrast, manage venous access, and enter data into imaging systems while maintaining strict safety standards in a dynamic clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Radiologic Technology training program.
• Certification from recognized radiology or MRI boards.
• Knowledge of MRI safety, protocols, and anatomy.
• Strong communication, technical, and safety skills.
• Ability to perform quality control and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, position, and explain MRI procedures to patients across various age groups.
• Perform neuro, body, and extremity MRI scans following radiologist protocols.
• Administer IV contrast and manage venous access as directed.
• Enter data into imaging systems, process images, and identify anatomical structures.
• Conduct equipment quality control and report malfunctions.
• Order supplies, support radiological needs, and handle non-controlled medications during procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and act as a radiology liaison.
• Maintain safety standards in the MRI environment.
• Meet certification requirements such as ARRT, NMTCB, or ARMRIT, with ongoing education for advancement.
