Job Summary and Qualifications

A few responsibilities include:

• Positioning and preparing patients for exams based on the procedure.
• Performing procedures, assessing patients, and responding to needs.
• Completing documentation for each study.
• Using professional judgment and critical thinking.
• Participating in orientation, training, and teaching students.
• Maintaining knowledge of scanners and protocols for quality procedures.

Qualifications Needed

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS).
• Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) certification.
• Registered Radiographer (ARRT).
• Associate Degree.
