Job summary

Lakeview Hospital is seeking an MRI Technologist to support our behavioral health and medical teams with high-quality diagnostic imaging. You will perform MRI exams using established protocols, ensuring image quality, patient comfort, and strict adherence to MRI safety standards.

• MRI technologist credential and active licensure as required by state.
• Proficiency with MRI protocols, safety, and patient positioning.
• Experience with trauma-informed care in psychiatric settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI exams per established protocols with high image quality.
• Screen patients and position them to ensure comfort and safety in an inpatient setting.
• Administer contrast as prescribed and monitor patients during exams.
• Document imaging in PACS/EMR and maintain equipment.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and therapists for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
