Edward Elmhurst Health is seeking a part-time MRI Technologist II at Elmhurst Hospital in Elmhurst, IL. The role runs Friday through Sunday with mid-shifts/evenings, and on-call and holiday coverage.

The position includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities to work at additional Endeavor Health locations in the area. The ideal candidate will operate MRI equipment, position patients, administer contrast when needed, and ensure high-quality image production while delivering compassionate

Qualifications

• ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification required
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or higher preferred
• Current CPR Certification (BLS) required
• Preferred IEMA licensure
• Strong computer skills; ability to troubleshoot MRI software

Responsibilities

• Operates MRI equipment to obtain diagnostic images as directed by Radiologist and established procedures
• Positions patients and administers injections of contrast media; manipulates images to ensure high-quality exams
• Explains procedures to patients to reduce anxiety and promote trust
• Delivers excellent customer service and ensures safety and comfort for patients

Positions patients, administers injections of contrast media and manipulates images to ensure a high-quality exam. Delivers and ensures customer service in all aspects to job, being attentive of eye contact, facial/body expressions and tone of voice.
