Job summary

Southern NH Health is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform high-quality MRI exams and provide compassionate patient care. You will ensure image quality, document properly, and support radiologists during invasive procedures.

Requirements include two years of Radiology Technology training, ARRT(MR) certification preferred, and NH licensure. A positive, patient-centered approach and ongoing education are valued.

Qualifications

• Completion of two years of Radiology Technology training in an AMA approved school to meet ARRT registry.
• ARRT(MR) certification preferred; ARRT(R) or equivalent required.
• State NH Board of Medical Imaging Licensure required.
• One to two years of general MRI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs MRI exams including trauma, orthopedic, fluoroscopic, contrast and invasive procedures.
• Inspects images for quality and documentation; presents images to Radiologist for interpretation.
• Assists Radiologist with invasive procedures as required.
• Keeps current with MRI technologies and protocols.
• Maintains knowledge of latest MRI advancements through literature and CEUs.
