Job summary

The role requires ARRT registration, a graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technology program, and BLS certification, with at least two years’ experience and one year in MR.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Must be registered with the ARRT.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality care to patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures.
• Communicates patient needs and responses through verbal and written correspondence.
• Ensures documentation is complete and accurate regarding patient care.
• Operates imaging and specialty equipment; stays current with medical device usage.
• Assists with preparation and post-procedure care and patient education.
• Completes procedures in Radiology Information System for billing.
