The role requires an Associate degree in allied health or radiologic science, with 1 year of Radiology Tech experience preferred. ARRT MR or ARMRIT eligibility is acceptable, with certification within 6 months of hire; BLS is required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in allied health, radiologic science or certificate program is required.
• 1 year of Radiology Technology experience preferred.
• Certification or registry eligible as an RT(R) or RT(MR) by ARRT or eligible with ARMRIT; certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the radiologist, provides MRI services for diagnosis.
• Positions patients, prepares and operates equipment, and records requested images.
