Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an MRI Technologist at Intermountain Medical Center to perform advanced diagnostic MRI procedures and support a collaborative team dedicated to exceptional patient care.

We offer a sign-on bonus up to $5,000, relocation assistance for eligible applicants and a full-time 40-hour schedule in a Level I Trauma Center setting, with opportunities for professional growth and education support.

Qualifications

• ARRT MR certification required.
• ARMRIT certification preferred.
• ARRT(R) cross-trained in MRI is desired.
• BLS certification required.
• IV competency within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient identity, review orders, and prepare patients for MRI examinations.
• Perform MRI examinations according to department protocols while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and quality care.
• Operate MRI equipment and related information systems while maintaining accurate patient documentation.
• Follow MRI safety guidelines, infection prevention practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with radiologists, providers, caregivers, and support staff to deliver excellent patient care.
• Assist with training and mentoring students and team members as needed.
